if you meet exceed the standards for testing they will all test you.

There are no FMCSR standards . It depends on the discretion of the examining physician .

If they are listed there, it's likely they will require a CPAP if you fail a sleep study test. I would be more concerned about why you wouldn't be using a CPAP if the test indicated that you have sleep apnea? -
Just so you know.... intentionally failing to disclose a medical condition that affects your ability to operate a CMV to a DOT medical examiner is perjury and a federal Class I felony.
There is a driver currently serviing 7 years..... one year for each person who died in a probably non-preventable accident.... that did not tell a DOT medical examiner about "failing" a sleep study and was not using a CPAP.
This is not something to try to get around. If you have been screened as being high risk as having sleep apnea.... given a conditional medical card to get a sleep study or have "failed" a sleep study.
Don't risk jail... do the right thing. There are a lot of us OTR that have been using CPAP for years. It can be done. -
So if one company said you have sleep apnea gives u a cpap machine but it is impossible to use literally he goes to another company and says he doesn't have it he could go to jail? He has a note from his doctor stating she's further investigating it

getting a cpap is the best thing I did for myself health wise. Why wouldnt you want to use it if you need it? It might just
