They are listed as "Satisfactory" which is the best rating you can get. The 23 out of service that occurred were vehicle violations. 3 out of service were driver related. But this was well below the national average.

Their overall rating does not meet any criteria for "intervention." I've been here over a year and have never been pulled in for inspection at a scale. Companies that are in trouble get pulled in all the time.

You're right about that. I've tried to move these discussions to one of the other sections but everyone always comes here. I think it is because it is the first forum section on the page.

I have heard from more than a few drivers who left, for whatever reason, and came back. It seems if you do a good job they're glad to have you back if you leave.

If people were DAC'd wrongly, of course I would be outraged about that. I just haven't seen any evidence of it other than a couple people on here.

When I got hired, I took the previous driver of my truck to the bus station, which was kind of strange in itself. He had been fired. I didn't ask him why, it just didn't seem appropriate, but I was told that he had been late a lot for appointments. He didn't seem upset or anything so maybe had been expecting it.

Roadhammer, you should call and ask what they are going to offer before attending their orientation. That way, if you feel the pay is too low, you can always try to negotiate with them. I would NEVER attend an employer's orientation without knowing my rate of pay first. You just might find yourself in a bad situation after showing up. Those are my thoughts anyways.

I witnessed a Holland Tractor Trailer Driver blocking two lanes on an interstate awhile back,The Holland Driver was attempting to block two lanes of Traffic in an attempt to keep other vehicles from proceeding in front of him while the Traffic was moving slowly. I noticed a vehicle was attempting to drive around, and the Holland Driver intentionally Steered into the vehicles path and caused the vehicle to suddenly stop, in my opinion this appeared to be a form of Road Rage, and I'm curious how the industry feels about Drivers using their Rigs as Traffic Barriers, and endangering the lives of individuals driving their personal vehicles that's no match for these Tractor Trailers.
ive been wanting to Report this Drivers actions, but I figure after reading alot of the other drivers comments concerning the people running this company, The Driver will not face any Penalties, This Holland Drivers actions using his Tractor Trailer to force the smaller Vehicle off the Road, and he Continued Driving, The Vehicles were moving Slowly, But yet this Holland Driver using his Big Rig in the manner he chose was not only Dangerous, but it displayed a lack of Discipline and Safety for others.
