This is I-shift, vehicle FH12 2003, cylinder is outside, and it was replaced by Volvo autorised workshop

and yes water is inside cylinder

I sugest mechanic replaced cylinder but clutch fork was not rebuilt and you got the same damage with new cylinder

Pablo , described this some time back and we have been making sure the clutch servo shaft runs true.
The way to do this is to make sure the mechanical parts are not worn to the point where the shaft moves out of line enough to let water/dust past the seals.
This has almost eliminated the repeated problem with the servo/actuator we were having on our Freedomline units.
We had repeated problems with the transmission on a Volvo , 11 times to the dealer all with in 15000 miles.
Gearbox out 4 times , servo replaced 4 times.
Gearbox opened twice.
Clutch , flywheel , forks all done more then once.
In the end it was found that they kept replacing the servo with a unit meant for a I-Shift and not a geartronic Volvo transmission.
Seems okay now 20 000 miles later.
Obviously Volvo charged for all the work they done.
Even for new clutch and fork that they had replaced 3000 miles earlier.
When I queried this they said it was policy to replace clutch and fork when the gearbox was removed.
I asked for the 3000 mile old fork assembly and clutch to be returned to me, Im still waiting 8 months later. -

true couse is air compresor
valves in cylinder head of compresor is jummed and compresor always on load and there is lotof water in air resiviors. and sorry for my english, iam not very good

BTW. EU cabovers build more pressure in wet tank becouse they are 4x2 and more pressure required for air suspention. So they use pressure limiting valve in tranny air supply line but sometimes this valve fails and... clutch servo and shift rods may be damaged
