When is the next quarterly bonus ?

I'm not sure about the bonus as I've not seen it.

Is this your DM who's telling you this? I've not had an issue with days off, but then again I'm new.

 

As far as I remember, anytime worked on your home request date is not to be counted as being home. After another breakdown, and seeing only 15K miles since the first the year, the wifey is hot and heavy, get rid of the truck and find a new job.

 

So how would you get rid of the truck if you signed a contract when you leased? It looks like everybody is having problems with swift lately....bummer

 

Turn it back in. It will be leased out again soon enough. Plus there is the security deposits on it that well cover payments just in case for at least 4 weeks. There will be no problem leasing mine back out. Comes equipped with Dealer installed invertor and fridge. All the comforts of home.

 

a qarter is 3 months so expect your bonus around the first week of next month. I am also looking to quit argument over the quarterly bonus. Swift is telling me im not dedicated but i'm not ranked so i don't qualify for the bonus.

That's bs on them for the PCR, I guess you are out of Laredo? Same here and they been grumpy about time off lately, I just take my days off and ignore them, anything Swift related is ignored until I come back to truck. "SWIFT" Well why don't you except the pre plan on your day off? "ME" Um give me your home number DM so I can call you at 3am on your day off and ask why you aren't sending my replies back to my questions, lets make this #### fair.

So you spend weeks, even months on the road no problems do your job then get this bs treatment when you take 3-4 days off. I hear ya, SWIFT can suck a fat one. One thing is this is like most trucking companies, not just ole Swift. Best home time trucking job I had so far was being a temp where you could work when you wanted to, a ton more freedom. Too bad that got slow.

 

The quarter ends on March 31st and the money usually comes in the statement closest to the 15th of the next month so I am guessing we will be get it in the April 16th statement.
