Welcome to the world of teaming Getstepin...teams are where the miles and money is at. Good luck to you!

Welcome Getstrpn. I just happen to read your post shortly after talking to him and let him know. Lol. Hope things work out.

Laurel, MT waiting to unload in the morning. Gorgeous country dampened by the toxic smell from refineries.

Why do we continue to get shafted as truck drivers? When most company drivers are 40 cents or less per mile and most desk jockies are making very good large salaries telling the drivers what to do with little to no experience (some aren't even old enough for an interstate license). When will we unite and come together and say enough is enough?
I feel we are very underpaid for the crap we deal with day in and out... -
Well boys and girls I will be leaving sunday afternoon for orientation in Joplin, MO only a two hour drive. Sure am excited to get back to work. Gramps says they are a good company, i mean he would know he was with them for 18 years until he decided he needed to be home more for my grandmother. Alot of memories of this company, no its not my first time being in a conway truck or terminal. But anyone on here heading for joplin for monday orientation let me know.

Braman, OK -- en route to Baton Rouge & a 3000 mile week. Last week would have been a bit over 3000 if not for a 4-day breakdown, & the week before was 2800. Pleased with the trend, hope it (& my truck) continues moving forward.

Sitting in Laredo, about to roll to Waco. Closing the week with 2300 miles. Would have been more if not for a (1) shipper taking 5 hours to load so HOT load had to be relayed, (2)losing a chunk of tread out of the middle of steer tire and having to wait for shop to open, and (3) So #### exhausted from the switching running night or day all week long. Slept a solid 14 hours after I got here yesterday.
