Who's The Worst Of Them ALL to work for?

Well me and my wife O/O for Swift....so i pik CR England no no wait Werner,well it cant be Werner cause theres JB Hunt CRST Tyson FedEx UPS DHL TMC US Express and the list goes on and on and on. So with that being said people who cant even get a job at any of these places get a grip! Go pick on yours kids instead of peeps try to make it out here.

As for me, I may be moving around a little, or I may be staying put. One thing I will definitely do is stay away from the USA.

 

Foreign Languages are great, but what makes you think going to another part of the world to live will solve the problems you face today?

I have lived around the world and I have friends in various parts of this world and from what they have to say, running from the problems we face here will not solve the problems of low pay and big government interference in life.

Yes, learn a foreign language. Learn how to make the money to enjoy that language while on nice vacations.

They say, the hardest thing about making money is teaching others how easy it is to make. Matter of fact there are money trails all around us, and most are too blind to see them.

Many will take up a life of crime from drugs to larceny to you name it and throw their lives away for money, when it is so easy to learn where the money is. The hard part is as I stated above. Challenge? Yes!

I will be happy to teach a couple foreign languages. It only costs money to learn the right way!

 

I Have to say swift. Dad like the company because of flat bed years ago. But back then They made you drive 57 no faster.I think its 65 now.But my dad hard to play with Curtain wires for speed. I don't know much but i can't believe what its like now.

Had a recruiter call me from Swift. Asked if I wanted a job. I said I was looking. He said fill out the app online and put my name on it as the recruiter. Did it and have never heard from them.

 

Western Express -----Horrible company----They got to be right up there at the top of worst companies.

 

mcelroy was a nightmare for my husband !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!not only are you uasually broke when you are a newbie but they will give you a big list of stuff to work for them including collared shirts!!!!! then you get NO MILES & NO MONEY!!!!!

 

Well it could boil down to this...If you see them advertise in those little driver books scattered throughout truckstop all across the country..Theres probably a good reason for it..So take your pick at whos the worce...Yellow, Roadway, UPS etc. doesnt advertise there why?? Because they are some of the best to work for!!! Over the road drivers for a common truckload carrier have always been dumped on..As long as I can remember,, Its sad, but its true.. The ones that work for the best never want to leave, and are never put in a situation that will hurt them like OTR common carrier drivers are..So the answer here is probably 85% of the Industry..

 

The smaller companies are usually twice as bad as the large swift type companys! My last job those "people" made me drive from Flagstaff AZ to Los Angeles and back to where i live in TN with an exhaust leak right by the blower for the heat and ac. I couldnt run either for very long before i got sick and dizzy. And oh yea at night trying to sleep in a shut off truck in Flagstaff when it is 20 deg and below wasnt in the brochure!
