Im sitting in a Flying J in Boise. We were told we had a load out of here(we devlivered diapers from Chicago). Im just wondering if it is a dead zone for outbound frieght, like people say Florida is.
Is Boise Idaho, a bad place to get freight?

Shouldn't be a dead freight place... they have all of the potato factories, plus some large grocery chain placed, and Ore-Ida.... you should be able to get out there in a reasonable time frame. Of course.... with all this danged snow hitting us here in the West.... who knows?! Good luck!

Reefer, shouldn't be difficult. That big Greek Yogurt plant just built a huge west coast plant in the Idaho valley somewhere.

Unloaded and reloading right now. Zero feet deadhead.
I'm a flat though and it's flipping cold -

I remember Stevens pulled ore ida loads out of Idaho and western Oregon all the time. Until dick simon came in and underbid everyone.

You shouldn't have any trouble getting out of that area with a refer this time of the year.. There is freight on the east and west side of Idaho right now..
