For the drivers who do not know how to make a grand or more a week, please explain to them how to go about it.

It would be quite helpful to them.

my avg per mile pay for last year was 2.17 for all miles plus FSC... this one pays 3.35 per mile....​

STILL WAITING FOR THE ACTUAL DOCUMENTS SHOWING "THIS $2.17/M (all miles) and $3.35/M"....

 

by contract i can't post it.... beleave me or not my 1099 for last year was $269,009.91 and i stay home to much

 

until i see the actual documents with dollar amounts,....in writing...I won't believe it...
If US Express was that good, I would have went there....

 

U S XPRESS...A GRAND A WK..RUNNING SOLO...WOW..CANT SEE IT..example ..I RAN MY ### OF THIS WK RUSHING SHOWING UP WAY EARLY ONLY TO HV MY TYM MY TYM WAISTED BYE USX BYE PUTTING THE BREAKS ON ME..WAITING FOR A LOAD..IM SITTING RT NOW IN A TERMINAL.GOT HERE AT 2:30 PM THURSDAY..I WAS GIVEN A 50 MILE LOAD THAT PICKS UP AT 3 PM FRIDAY.DROPS FRIDAY..FOR 2 WKS ITS BEEN LIKE THIS.I CANT GET MORE THAN1500 MILES FROM MY FM...OHHH..THIS SUCKS..I LEFT A DEDICATED ACCOUNT FOR THIS CRAP...IF THIS DOES NOT CHANGE IM DONE HERE..I DONT # AROUND I WORK HARD AND WANT TO RUN HARD..USX IS CAUSEING ME TO DRAG MY FEET..I HV SEEN ALOT OF SLUGS AROUND HERE..IM NOT GOING TO CHANGE MY WOR ETHEX,S AND SLOWWWWW WAY DOWN ..SO IM A DRIVER THAT IS JUST NOT HAPPY WITH .US XPRESS...I DONT UNDERSTAND THERE their methods ....

 

Yeah, I have noticed that there's no point getting to a drop early. Also, when there is too much time on a load, they never swap u. We were used to running hard & getting swapped to keep going. Also, keep getting sent on wild goose chases to find an empty trlr. Wastes time. They need to do their homework first.

 

Oh, and those 50 mile loads? They r the runaround to keep u moving just enuf so they don't have to pay layover.

 

The key to making a grand a week at USX as a solo driver? Thats easy, Don't be home more then 30 days a year and bug the crap out of them until they cringe at the thought of not keeping you moving. If your a Walmart greeter and a yes person when you talk to them or wait for the beep. They will treat you like a chump and keep your wallet mty

Or I guess you could do a ded DG account and lump your tail off all week to get it and then pay it back later when your back and Knees are shot to ####.

 

when you think us xpress you think cheap right..? well they do

but most ppl don't know is they also do NOT CHEAP and that's what we run.... my idea of cheap is anything under $1.50 + fsc

 

when you arrive early for an appointment with no idea if you can get empty or communicating to dispatch you are just burning your 14 and nobody to blame but yourself.
