Kllm ripping off drivers ! Students stay away !

I've been with KLLM for about a year and a half. I don't have much to complain about. It is my first trucking job, so I don't have any comparisons, but all and all it's ok.
Doing lease, (when I watched how they treated the company drivers I went for the lease deal) The company drivers were always getting the crap runs that the lease guys did not want.
I think one of the biggest parts is getting a good dispatcher, and I have a pretty good one. I don't crap on him and he does not crap on me, so it works out.
Driving a Cascadia 09 for a long while no issues, but lately a run of bad luck with a few issues but #### happens.
But all and all I'm ok with them..
