    Werner is no longer installing apu on its trucks. As far as a new truck it seems thaat all the new guys get the new trucks and us drivers that have been here a while get a POS but that's life. Personally I'll take my old POS with an apu old style Qualcom over the new ones. At least every time I hit the brakes I dont have to call safety and explain why I did it.

    My truck idles away and i stay cool. I'm happy at JBS just finshed this week and i need to do a reset I did 3590 miles. so many negative nancy's on electronic logs. they sure beat cheating or sittin there with a pencil and a ruler.

    wow thats a book!!! I'm have to short of a attention span to read all that sheet. you should become a writer!! to much BS to read!!! oh by the way I heard werner starts you out at 65k with a 10k bonus after 2months.

    usa trucking just got hit with a class action lawsuit by doing the same stuff werner has done to it's employees-keep plugging away things will get better.

    Which stuff, specifically? I was recently included in a class action against Domino's Pizza, but that's all mired up in court and will prolly never go anywhere. I also got like $7 from a class action against H&R Block a decade ago. Looking to make that an even $10. :p

    Left Werner after a year or so of a lot of BS. Parked their truck at the Denver terminal, and got a job elsewhere (non-trucking). I intended to move to another company, but decided to spend some time with my kids first, turned in to about a year long hiatus.

    Now I have the itch to get back on the road, and have heard a ton of good things about Prime Inc, so that's where my research time is going right now.
