west chester permit service, 25$ per state. for me its not worth the hassle, they have our truck and trailer in system so i just call and tell them weights and route. they email me finshed permit.
cetanediesel and truckingbizness Thank this. -
Nova Permits in Montreal. I'm too busy to be filling out a form for each state just to save $35. One form and done.
cetanediesel Thanks this. -
Most states will sell direct. Tennessee is one that won't allow carriers to order direct. They still require you to go through a permit service. You can order direct through Arkansas and Kentucky. I usually order direct when I can unless I am in a big hurry. In that case, I have a service that I use that only charges me a minimal fee. Some of them charge as much as $35 per permit. I won't pay that much to a service. If you are paying more than $20 per permit, you are paying too much.

I dont think so. Some states require you to add them as additionally insured on your policy. No big deal, your insurance agent will do it for free in 5 minutes.

I use Nova for Canada permits but I think they charge us like $65 for a permit? Didn't know that they do USA permits as well.

Kelly is expensive? What price is expensive?

They charge $35 if you pay by credit card. I think $30 if you have an account. Yeah they do US permits. They do everything.broadsword Thanks this.
