    alot of responsibility, prob need nerves of steel I would guess...not sure what you have been doing or what you want but I think it would be something to think seriously about ..as far as union I have been in the teamsters for 14 years you will hear good and bad about union but think its something you would not regret....

    I run 80+ hs a week most I have worked was 7 days 96 hrs this new job I will make more pay in 40hrs with free healthcare
