Kinda new to computers...... I'm looking for concrete #s for driver turnover of the major carriers. I've looked around on the web and can't find much.

The larger carriers with the several hundred percent turnover will not tell you what theirs is, they are too ashamed of it. If they do they will greatly misstate it.

Ya, I was bored after Easter dinner........ I always thought the big guys turnover was over 100%. But now it seems like its at around 90%.....
Don't you use your device for useless stuff ?

Got 1 year into using computers.... Actually I use a iPhone , don't own a real computer . And from what I've seen the species is doomed .

If the larger carriers, or mega carriers, are ashamed of their turnover rate, then they need to do something about it.

Driver turnover is over 100% across the board for companies which means there is no shortage of drivers out there. Turnover is over 100% due to lack of pay and respect for drivers by most if not all big carriers. I loved hearing the owners of CR England and US Express talk about the need for better pay and better treatment of drivers but yet they are some of the worst people to work for.

Why do anything about profitable like running codrivers for trainee rates or starving newbies out then billing them for training because they didn't fulfill their employment obligation ?

Try Google. Search "truck driver turnover" or "[company name] truck driver turnover." There's a lot of info out there.
