Backing Out of Orientation - What is the downside ?

    You can put your own rebuttal on negative entries by calling DAC and they will tell you what you need to do. Have had to do it a couple of times.

    I'd definitely get your concern and reason for wanting to leave out in the open with the company ASAP, the longer you wait the more difficult it will get.....

    interesting, because the drivers are never given the full story until AFTER they travel to orientation

    so it should not be totally up to a company to make that decision and be able to blame the driver

    how many stories have we heard of being promised one thing by the recruiter and something else at orientation?

    just like it costs the company to bring the driver, it also costs the driver to come

    if recruiters werent so good at lying but put the cards on the table from the getgo, then maybe drivers would not have to leave orientation
