did werner for 1 1/2 years just left now i just started with jbhunt i just want to thanks werner for the opportunity... not the paycheck i had 3 trucks while with them i took my time and cleaned the trucks and used atleast 3 cans of lysol for each one of them even before putting my stuff on it.. the first one had bed bugs not cool. but i will try to avoid any situation that might force me to become a werner driver EVER AGAIN!

 

Absolutely correct... there are too many other decent companies to work for.

 

Don't be scared of DAC. It's your right to comment about any comment put on your DAC. Werner tries to put an abandonment when you never even take the truck and your comment should include the words "crap on bunk and walls"... bio-hazard. It can be defended and the future employers will understand.

 

i would ask you....would you drive a truck with fecal matter all over the inside of it??

 

Think about it why would you want to work for a company that has 100% turnover,and someone hates it so much that they would take a dump in the truck? my god look at the signs! Walk away!

 

LOL so true. It must of been really bad for that driver.

 

Look at it this way, at least it wasn't one of the new "lightweights" that a few other carriers are force feeding drivers, then the poo (and the back wall of the sleeper) would have been 2 feet closer to you while driving.

 

100% turn over thats low for trucking companies, small companies are lower, but this industry has a high turn over due to adverts from schools and companies. A lot of new drivers think this job is monday to friday and 9-5. Then they find out its not, then the get mad and quit.

 

I work for about 3 months and then I quit and take the truck back to the terminal and they now tell every company that call them for a reference they say I abandon the truck how can you abandon the truck on their terminal

 

Same old story- different driver. When will people start doing their homework before taking jobs with companies like this? As long as they have a steady supply of new drivers fresh out of truck driving school, they will continue to operate this way.
