Ron, Looks like a nasty day in Pendleton when you dropped that 7ton.

 

Just AM fog then turned fantasic, actually 80 degrees no wind no clouds.Spent the afternoon walkimg around in Carlsbad. Good luck on the new gig.

 

I miss it out there. My brother was stationed in Pendleton after we were in 29 Palms together. Use to go see him out there and go to the beach out on San Mateo. Thats where the AAVs are if you've ever brought one in there. One of thr most gorgeous areas ever out there.

 

Way back in the 80's I used to travel to SD monthly for the bank I worked for and always spent the weekend, I would live on Coranado island if I was financially independant. The only place in CA I would move back to.

 

Thats where I got married, Coranado at the hotel Del. On the beach.

 

Nice! Stayed there a coulle times. Landstar used to he their western agent meetings there in the mid 90's. Used to play the golf course out there and Stardust country cllub over by the stadium alot back then.

 

Picked up a bed of steel bound for ft worth, tx from Tuscaloosa Nucor plant. Going home yay.

that load of sheets looks like a mess to deal with. looks like they could slide fairly easily
