    There are a lot of different factors affecting what rates I offer, windsmith. What each specific owner operator can provider differs from one another can affect our offerings. Also, I constantly keep tweaking what I offer owner operators to make sure I give them a competitive offer. Some have shown interest and I promply replied to their questions so there is no need to post it openly. I really don't have time or energy to waste with members bashing offers and/or talking out of the side of their faces.
