    Thanks I will probably do the envelope thing along with the electronic also I'm going to get one of the Neat organizer things for the laptop and do it that way but just in case I will have the hard copies and when I'm home will file them

    If you are still in school ask your instructors most of the time these instructors were OTR and more then likely still have the same CPA they did back then now. Also call your local trucking association a lot of times they have a list of CPA's the specialize in truckers.

    Do it now and talk to them, my CPA supplies me with a 3 ring binder with folders in it and a list on them with what I need to record.
