The Eastbound I-40 scale around Statesville, NC has that sign, don't think west has it. And the northbound I-95 North of Lumberton, NC has it too. Also I was on the yard cleaning my truck out for the weekend and one of our drivers pulled in with a tonka truck strapped to the back, my girlfriend almost fell out of the truck cause she was laughing so hard and had to go over and get a picture

Coming out of Baltimore last week I think it had that sign out. Don't remember it before that day.
And Nebraska has that on U.S.81 by Hebron. -
critters Thanks this.

Last place I worked there was a dingbat that kept a tonka truck on his step deck when it was empty.
I think a better sign would read "All tankers bypass scales".
