    Hey Conway drivers. I recently took a road test, drug test, and physical, and received all my emails, so what else do they have to do before you are officially hired?

    Are you talking to Truckload or Conway Freight drivers???

    TL takes about 4.5 days once you are in Orentation ( most of that is wait for background check to clear...then your hired )

    It's freight. I finished everything on fri. And I wanted to give my current employer a two week notice. They said my start date was April 15. Thanks for the info, I was just wondering if anything could go wrong that could prevent me from getting the job. Background, physical, road test, and drug test are all good.

    Make sure your background clears completely before puttin that notice in, I got hired with them and they disqualified me a couple days before my start date

    dont give notice till you sign that offer letter.

    I signed the offer letter already. I've basically done everything there is to do to start work but haven't got that call. Is it usually this difficult to start with Conway?

    takes about 2-3 weeks, at least thats how it was in my case. hr has to run full citizenship check, background, mvr..I mean technically it could be done in a few days, so the hr guy/gal could just be dragging it out. If youare that worried, just give a friendly call.
