Well in Oregon at least cell phones are banned for all unless hands free, so at least the topic of this thread applies equally to all here.

FYI, PA does not have a hands free law. We do have a no-texting law, but handheld phones are still legal.

the hands free law is a govt standard. ALL 50 states have it.
it's really no different now then when it was first imposed. the gvt made the law. and the states have to enforce it. all they are doing is just expanding on the rule. and you get a BIG fine. and no unemployment wages. for breaking that law.
gps should be a no brainer along with all the other things you can"t
use on your phone while in your hand. unless your parked. -
