Lame 18 year old chick + Ford Taurus + 100mph + tanker driver swerving instead of holding his lane + nasty hazmat (UN 1818 or 1859) = horrible incident, possible liver damage from exposure, insane problems on major interstate. An equation of a nightmare.

 

Lame 18yr old should have been provided room and board at the crossbar Hilton instead of just a couple of citations. Then once she's had her day in court, she should be ordered to pay restitution, ie; all costs incurred from the accident, clean up ect. She might have that paid off by the time she retires.
