Good luck with your driving at Smtih Transport, Roaring Spring PA. I have been with them for almost a year and I have enjoyed working with them and for them. As with any transportation based company, it is what you make it, right? Smith has their issues just like many other fleets, but if you take the time to talk with the management team you'll find that many of the things that "bug" you can be explained or corrected. My DM is TOPS with me, as with all Driver Managers, Fleet Managers or what ever the company is calling them, they can make or brake you... so respect, honesty and hard work is appreciated and goes a long way for an easy road.
