JB HUNT DCS new pay scale hits the drivers income

stupid is as stupid does, Its up to you to make the bad choice. And bashing a company you absolutely know nothing about.. If your still drving enjoy the downfall of the trucking industry because the major companies will still be rolling.

 

I do not llisten to the little whine tits that don't know what they are talking about. I agree with exactly what you said, If I was being treated poorly with JB I would make it known. They have people that watch this site and see what current drivers are saying. They don't pay attention to the neysayers cause its their lack of experience that makes the experienced drivers look bad.

 

you they are not that bad I am a dcs Toyota driver I never make under 1,000 a week not matter if I drive 100 miles and if I drive 3000 miles I will take home a 1400 paycheck but hey not all jb is good. I am leaving them to run my own truck but not a bad place aslong as you get in the right spot so the haters can hate but don't make them any smarter working any where else.

I am sure they appreciate when their drivers talk good about the company, and the people that never worked for them that Lie to deter people from looking into the company. Everyone is entitled to an opinion good or not but if someone is going to want to work for JB then they do not need to listen to the crazy people that are trying to pull them away.

 

ya the new sleeper trucks are too small I will say that I cant stand them and the wingman system but not a bad company I just cant stay there the way things are going. once they change out trucks insurance and fire that fm we have I may go back lol if owning my own truck don't work out

Most people who quit JB often cry about respect, pay, etc. They forget that there was a reason they applied to JB in the first place. I don't want to get all defensive for JB but I have to say that if you don't like it feel free to move on. They will do fine without you. Recentl I have seen a few cry babies at my place threaten to quit, guess what, their driving skills are average, their work ethic is horrible and their attitude is negative. Please go someplace else. Someplace where they don't care if you fill out a logbook. Someplace where they don't care if you get the load there on-time. Someplace where they don't judge you by how clean your clothes are or whe you took a shower last. BYE!

 

Lol! Good one driver. Loyalty is the key to continued steady paychecks. Until those job hoppers understand that, they'll never get a decent wage.

I agree with him I really had no beef with them I just wanted to start things up on my own I know jb has a bad rap but its not all that bad I would not do anything other then dcs for them but that's me but jb is a good place you run hard and safe they treat you fair
