In Russia, car drives you!

Pablo,do Russians buy the winter tires like the Scandanavians do?
-
They never use other tires in winter. I use studded tires from novenber to march.
RWD... not only with RWD this kind of sway is possible
It is a bad combination of speed, road conditions and suspentional resonance frequrncy
Sometimes you ride faster - and everething is OK! Car makers do the suspention more rought to increase speed this resonance is possibleLast edited: Apr 17, 2013

of course poor road condition. But IMO, too many accidents happen if someone is too fast for road conditions.
I can understand black ice on bridges (if no LED sighn), sudden mist whwn you drive down to vally when it is dark, but if you start in the moring and it is snowing ore raining you can see no reason to drive like it is shiny day and clear pavement!
Ok, highway speed limit in place it happened is 65MPH.. but skid road and SUV with high center of ravity and medium speed tires. SUV ore truck are not like a car!
