Im trying to attend one of Con-Way driver training schools. I looked up some information on their website and their school is 12 weeks long. I dont really know if they hire out of my area so I was wondering if someone who know this information would provide it to me

I went to a trucking school in 2006 called Crowder College that was affiliated with CFI (Conway Truckload's old name). The training was 4 weeks long then and I'm told it is 5 weeks long now. They also used to use a school in Drumright, Oklahoma. In both cases, CFI picked up all but $1,000 of the course costs after you finished hauling your first paid load for them (training -> orientation -> finisher -> into your own truck). It was a great deal then and would be an even better bargain today if you could get on that way. I suggest you call their 800 number and ask for recruiting.
James77 Thanks this. -

Let me get this straight.. You want us to tell you if Conjob hires in your area, without us knowing where you live?
