Desert. You have been alot of help all yall have been a big help and i would like to thank all of yall for taking the time to answer my questions. Im picking up my last load for the week now and when i get home im going to start the app. So if i have any questions i knw where they can be answered

 

While leased onto Landstar do they pay you after every load or you get paid every friday?? I know about the 20% fuel advance

 

They pay you on whatever day you decide you want. I chose Wednesday as that let's me get paid on the load I deliver Monday. You can get up to 30% of your load plus 100% of fuel surcharge advanced.

 

I find that dang near crazy. You'll make best friends with an agent if you give them that information and they can get a new customer out of it.

 

Ozr if you are out of Nashville you might know one of the customer if you don't shame on you like i said i know they pay 3 per mile and my boss only wants to pay 80cpm and don't understand why we cant keep o/o on with us

I have never noticed Mercer van rates that high. Most are under $1.50

What are the flat and step loads paying?

 

$2.50 a mile x 65% = 1.62...

$2.00 x 65% = 1.30

 

Steps for good freight pay 3.00 plus. most pay over 3.25. you can get plenty of flat and lower paying step frieght for around 2.50 and up.
