JB Hunt being investigated by EEOC

No I don't drive for them,I'm wanting to drive again,but since I've been doing safety/compliance/dispatch.I was just audited myself. with that said I'm so done with the business and politics of trucking.I'm getting back in a truck. They called me for recruit and of course I'm gonna need a refresher in order to get back in the saddle again.I found your post interesting .Looks like a
lot of trucking companies getting it one way or another.

 

they just got our Sheriff and most the dept.Not FBI but the Texas Rangers got them.Grand Jury got them on something like 20 felonies..So yeah everything is being brought out.

 

our local narcotics squad is under investigation also by the fbi.

i have no idea on the details though as i'm not home to keep much on the news. jsut bits and peices.

 

My old JB Hunt FM called me Tue saying they need good drivers and asking if I might want to come back to work for them. I got along with this guy and he is now planning freight so it is something for me to consider. I got whiplash in 2011 when I was rearended and haven't been able to work since. I was flattered by that phone call but after reading this thread I am now wondering if the phone call and the investigation are related?

 

It's not discrimination if you can't pass a DOT physical.

Im sure everyone already knows but pilot / flying J got raided by 30 fbi / irs agents.... PROBLEM?

 

Actually, for offices as large as pilot/flying j, 30 agents doesn't seem too serious. Have heard of some corporate raids requiring hundreds of agents.

West Valley City sure has been in the news a lot. But I had not heard the feebies were involved yet. Told the wife just the other night, that I wished they would take a look at WVC, and was surprised they hadn't already.
