no bubble just fuel go down and seems to not raising. Can do even 2-3 oil changes and still low on fuel, low I mean that can't see any fuel on the dome and engine running like with no power like when accelerating doesn't want to pull, as soon I put like 2-3 inch of diesel in separator engine running smooter. My davco bottom also has 2 coolant hoses on bottom and was rebuilt like 1.5 years ago.what you think what kind of filter should I use from 2 Volvo dealers I got 2 differ kind one ff1069 I guess from the other fs something have to check to be sure.

Did you clean or change the Check Valve on the Inlet Side of the Davco, it prevents the fuel that's in the Davco from draining back into the fuel tank causing the engine to suck air or lose prime?

    volvo 770 Thanks this.

The sure way to tell, but a bad thing to do at the same time, is splice the two hoses going into the davco. If your splice is done right with no leaks, then drive it and see what happens. If the same then probably not the filter. If better then, guess what? :dontknow:

I'm going to change that check valve ball and spring see what happens, the truck was parked over the weekend and checked the separator was only about half inch fuel in it, this morning was like 1 or more ,strange things happening after changing the valve if still will have problems it's good idea to go with the turn and return check valves above the transmission? what you think?

Make a new fuel hose with male ends on it and connect the female inlet and outlet lines from the Davco to it, if your truck runs better then it's your Davco acting up.
