Handgun rules at port facilities

    If my firearm is properly secured in an approved case am i allowed to bring with me into a port or rail facility?

    It's not ok! They have signs saying no weapons...

    any place that has posted signs saying no firearms past this point, its not going to be cool no matter if you have a chl or not. however if it says, no fire arms past this point without lisc, then its cool if you have a lisc. best bet if not sure is to seperate the clip from the gun, put the clip somewhere that you could not get to without having to physicaly get up and get it," out of arms reach per say", and lock the gun itself up properly and have it out of arms reach.

    anyone with common sense is going to understand why you have a fire arm if your a driver. cops are usualy cool about it as long as you are safe and playing by the rules. hope this helped
