That message Scott sent about moving some of us around didn't really make sense to me. Can anyone clarify that?
I hope these loads are longer than 300 miles. Seems 1000 mile runs are few and far between.
Guys, don't get down and out. Hang in and give Scott a chance. I think he really is trying hard. You know its his reputation on the line and he strikes me as a get er done kinda guy. You will hitch at the next company too! Truckin is truckin. The real good jobs are few and the openings are fewer.
This really ain't no bad job if you learn to work it to your advantage. Sometimes you gotta get after somebody but just be a pro and do it. Screamin and hollerin won't work.

 

I truly do hope it gets better over there. You guys seem to have a great attitude to put up with some of the things you go through on a weekly basis. There is no perfect job out there. Just workers who give it their 100%. I only wish I had you guys patience. But I guess that's a part of growing up. I see a lot of guys on here with 20 and 30 years experience. So I guess that patience comes with time. Black ice has no love for no one. I don't think you can do any better of a job then you are already doing Daniel. To have that happen and then help with the reload is 1 in a million. You are a super trucker in my eyes. When I grow up. I only hope I can do what your shadow does. Again you guys take care, and have a good week.
