Yesterday delivered to Chariton from Gloucester NJ and now Im on my 34 hour reset and I need it bad the past 2 weeks Ive been running like crazy and I need some time to just relax. So like 3 weeks ago I moved into a KW 660 its my first time in a KW its not bad truck Im starting to like it like I said just have to get used to everything being small like just to get inside my bunk between the chairs I have to go in sideways my butt wont fit LOL but its all good as long as she runs Im happy.
Any of you guys that are in a KW or have been in the past here is a stupid question How in the world do I take the coolant cap off ? I tried it everything turning right left even pushing on it and it wont go its on so friken tight that I wont go anywhere is this normal ? the coolant its getting to the minimum level so soon Ill have to add some fluid and my service is do in 2k so in aboujt a week. But again I think the shop must have used to key to get this cap so tight .....

make sure you are taking off the black cap to the fill tank, not main radiator. unless the engine is cold. can't wait just 10 more weeks and i am moving to vw. i am sure you know everything i told you already..
-
Yea Im talking about the black cap on the tank.... I never had this problem in other trucks I was in
-
I drive one and I usually have to use a pair of channel locks to get it off.

KW T660. The cap you need to remove to add coolant is the black plastic cap on the plastic coolant reservoir. Might have to gently use a pair of channel locks to get it started.

I am looking to join vw in july, can anyone tell me about the health insurance plan they have, and how much for a family. thanks..
-
I want to say I was paying $120 a week for family. It's a pretty flexible BCBS plan that covers a good bit of stuff. You can call and ask about those rates, they aren't scared to tell you.

What lanes do you travel
-
Right and middle lanes.
losttrucker Thanks this.
