Some jack#%$ broke into my truck by drilling out my key hole. Any suggestions of the easiest way to replace or fix this issue? Thanks

Change the lock. What kind of Pete? Locks comes in a set usually for right left door then side boxes or you might be able to buy one for door but then might have 2 different keys for left and right door.
Sucks to hear about the break in. -
It is a 2004 379 and it is for the drivers side door.

Cant find anything on ebay or any other parts search. Guess its to the dealer I go!

go talk to a lock smith first.
Only place I could get spare keys made for mine. They might be able to just replace the cylinder.MSS and CondoCruiser Thank this. -
Yeah a locksmith can key a new cylinder to match the old but it'll cost you $100 or better if he comes to you.
Like Gas said your cheapest way out is to swap locks and put the oddball on another door.
Replacing isn't that hard. Just removing the door panel, Most locks are held in place with a slide clip or a nut. If you took the new cylinder to a locksmith would be a lot cheaper than a service call. He can change the tumblers in a few minutes while you wait. Just get you a few estimates and you'll figure it out.
Tell the crook he can pop the bunk door with a crowbar quicker and not cause any damage! Crack heads have no scruples.MSS Thanks this. -
or you can just bobtail to a locksmith. They do have shops too.
MSS and CondoCruiser Thank this. -
That's something I'd like to learn. I think it's easier than what it looks from what I read.

Pete sells a front kit that comes with 2 door cylinders and an ignition cylinder. They also sell a bunk kit with 2 cylinders for the bunk that's a little cheaper. The front doors and bunk doors use the same cylinder. Unfortunately, they do not sell a complete set keyed alike (we just went through this), so you'll have 2 keys for the truck unless you pay a locksmith to key a new cylinder to match your old ones.
