Don't be a fool , 1 legal counsel with head in arse and your gonna accept that. Workers Comp laws are there so companies can't do this crap loyal. Dude don't ever say that you couldn't have pass that test 11yrs ago. That's weapons they can use against you. I hope they paid out at least 18.000.00 for your injuries and disability. Honestly , I was part of a workers comp case , after you failed it the second time you should have demanded a Independent Medical Eval so a good Dr concerned for you can order the strengthening to allow you to pass that test and be re-instated. I worked for Stan Koch up til 9-10 for a yr and a half. Ya want your job back go after it , these companies get away with murder cause we don't stand up to them A good lawyer will demand and independent med eval and a good Dr. will order strengthening or sue them for your disability.

I worked for koch back in 09 and I did that crt, teaming and I had back surcgery in 06 and I'm 6'2 at the time I was around 265lbs, and pass it, a guy that was in that same class was a marathon runner, who worked out every morning and even ran every morning, didn't pass, everyone else passed, so don't be to scared of it. And I'm going back next week to do flatbed, when I was there I loved it, but left cuz I bought a truck and thier o/o pay was not that great, but lost my truck, now I'm heading back

they have had the crt machine a long time, insurance companies are probably behind this, maybe you should find another line of work, maybe your health is a problem.

Koch shouldn't even be on this bad list, they are a good place to work, weed thru the misinformation and make an informed decision

Last kosh driver i spoke with was a 5 year driver with them. They seem to know what they're doing over there. That driver seemed happy.

What is the weight used on their CRT test? It looked pretty heavy in the video I saw. Good for you that didn't affect your already injured back... It seems pretty hard for someone with bad disks in the lower back... no one wants to leave there with even more problems on their back due to a test...

Oh yes... and recruiter told me they don't allow any personal conveyance... REALLY?? No off duty driving?? Would like to know that from a driver, if possible.
