    What kind of miles CAN a H/W team get per week on average? Is hazmat required? 36cpm to start with a raise every 6 months, is that right? Any qrt bonuses and what has to be met for a driver to obtain the bonus? Idle policy? Elogs/paper logs? What trucks do you use? What transmission do they have? Invertor's? APU's? Are you highering in TN?
