Lifting Test: does anyone know of any videos online that could help me with this?

There aren't too many OTR drivers who have to unload. With Swift, you had to unload if you were on the Family Dollar dedicated account, and that is all I ever heard of. Then again, a dedicated run is different from an OTR run...so I guess that doesn't count!

I reviewed the images and watched the video. Honestly, I don't see how any truck driver that Sysco already employs was able to pass the lifting exam when it came to 50 and 75 pounds because I saw a few of them when I went for the interview, and let's just say they weren't the most physically fit specimens. I just don't see how someone can lift that much weight above their head without sliding it up their body or placing their hands the way I described...but whether I can see it or not, I guess I'll have to figure it out if I want the job.
