If they ask if you have been convited of a MM or Felony in the past 10 yrs and you answer "NO" that is the Truth..Most companies I have researched only ask about the past 10 yrs..
If the question is have you EVER been convcited of a felony or MM then you will need to answer yes and explain the situation..easy enough ..

Withholding information is not lying. Do a criminal background check on yourself & if anything is not on there , it didn't happen. It's easy for someone that is gainfully employed, to tell you to admit everything, even if there's no record of it, because they have a job, you don't.

I did a background check with my state...and 2 of the charges are there. Both were with-held adjudication...which means you i was "technically" not convicted...but paid a fine.
Never-the-less...if a company asks about MM...i will tell them.Last edited: Oct 3, 2012
