choosing a trucking company

    I am currently looking at four companies trying to choose figure out which one is best they are schneider usxspress crete and roehl i think i have it narrowed down to usxpress and crete any help would be greatly appreciated i am not worried about home time just how to get most miles a weej

    Crete by far would be your best bet! Other than that I would recommend choosing a smaller carrier and stay away from the mega-carriers! You may want to call Crete first though because they only accept students from certain accredited CDL schools.

    Thanks for the replies i hope to go with crete they seem to give good miles i will sacrifice a few cents per mile if i can get a lot of miles

    Take a look at Comtrak, they have a Nashville terminal. Also talk to Hoge Motors in Springfield.

    i work for us xpress back in 07 they treated me right got good miles and home time every14 days the only thing that i mess up on i team up with someone i did not know enough about and got kick out of the truck in cal at the yard but made my way back with my own truck that i pick up at the yard just starting out boy what i did not know came back to bite my butt but all in all i learn alot from the drivers along the way that talk to me but never had any bad towards them i hope this helps you out any
