well,,hope it works out for you. but not going to make much money if you keep job hopping due to starting at bottom again.

 

So you just gave up. Do you really think you won't have the same issues with another company? Quit making excuses and just stick with a company. I make $600/wk as a solo driver for swift as a newbie. Know how long it took me to get to that point? A month. That's all. Instead, you quit. Now you have NO income. Buck up and grow up. Don't think Swift won't put their loss on your DAC report.

You left Swift for US Express? They are both Junk OTR companies. I don't know how people can stand working for either of them. Sadly, we will read your posts about how miserable US Express is. It's a given. Just wait and see.

 

i ty to stay positive on my post but i have to disagree with this one. having 3 jobs in one year is considered job hopping. i don't know why you are only making 63 dollars a week. my guess is you are taking too much on advances. my lowest for one week was 150 dollars and that was due to sitting all week in pheonix waiting for a truck. as far as trucks being dirty and junk, you're a new driver and will have an older truck till you get more experience. as far as a dirty truck...clean it. tire issues... measure them yourself,if shop won't replace call onroad or pheonix. anyyways,don*'t matter now with swift. hope this helps with usx cause you'll find same problems over there though i never worked there. again good luck and be safe

 

don't know what you mean by junk but swift has pretty nice equipment. they keep most trucks up to 500000 mile b4 trading it in.my last one was 2007 volvo with 485000 miles on it. traded it for a 14 freightliner cascadia with only 14 miles. swift is a huge companies and hires alot of new drivers so pay is low, well ok, really low lol. but got to start somewhere.i went back with swift due to being unemployed for too long. this time around really had no serious issues with swift. i been off work since march 29 due to detached retina surgery and they haven't let me go yet. though i might not get my sight back enough in that eye to get back . can'3 comment on usx cause never worked there
