i don't have centrimatics on my truck. she still rides nice and HARD.

i don't take my truck to dealer. they're the biggest ripoff. being a retired mechanic. i can say that.

took it to one at home for oil change. $3500 for stuff it didn't need. i inspected it when i disconnected the trailer. $1500 for new parts because they didn't want to use the old parts. JUST TO ROTATE THE FUEL TANK so the guauge worked properly.

axle seals that were leaking on grease soaked brakes that were totally dry. and not one ounce of grease was showing. new yolk on the driveline and seal. that were perfectly fine. i won't get into the rest of the story.

 

My truck has that same kind of shimmy, usually when accelerating and sometimes decelerating and going around 60 mph or a little less. Once I get up to speed it goes away. I'd like to know what's causing it but my truck is due to go for local service in June (supposedly) so I'm not too worried about it though it scared the BJeesus out of me the first time.

anyone out there running with super singles? what do you think of them? I am still undecided on them I like they let you haul more but don't like the idea of a flat with them.

 

So I was offered a semi-local job today, pulling doubles. WA,OR,&ID home every other night and Sundays off. Pay 35cpm est $50k per year. Trying to figure out what to do. Anyone heard anything about Haney out of Yakima, WA?

 

Central has a new dedicated in Washington not sure where it is I think it is in central washington / OR delivering potato. Our instructor today was talking about it sounds like it would have you home every weekend. Its a new account so before you grab the Job with Haney you may want to look into this one.
