Depending on the state you are in, most of the time, the police or state troopers won't come because it is on Privately own property. In California, where crime is running ramped, they won't even come if somebody breaks into your car. The CHP is too busy backing up the undermanned police departments in all the towns that are becoming overran by gangs!
