I did not write the laws.

Have a problem with them, must be a drinker.

You are arrested for driving under the influence. License is surrendered and entered into the computer.

    Take it up with them.

A presumption of guilt if ever there was one.... that's a stunning way of thinking..... anyone who disagrees with you must be guilty.... wow....

An arrest does not equal conviction, that's what the courts are for.... if the charge was dismissed then the record should be purged....

Take it up with the law makers.

I do not have a problem with it.

I get woke up to go to drunk driving accidents at night.

I lost a family member to one.

Another off the road, no objection.

Exactly what I was thinking Mr Trees. I must be a drinker? My "problem" has nothing to do with drinking and everything to do with the fact that the courts decide guilt not politicians and cops.

Anyone that disagrees with me must be a Nazi.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion.

You do not agree, and may or may not have lost a family member.

I do not drink, so it does not bother me.

    1. You should i fyou value your freedom.
    2. Get another job if you don't like it.
    3. How do you know because the cops told you so?
    4. No objection as long as they were found guilty in a court of law.

What's right is right no matter how it affects us personally.

Told you before. It has nothing to do with drinking and everything to do with the presumption of guilt. There can be no "opinion" on that. You are wrong and letting your personal experience cloud your judgement. And a law doesn't make it right.

I am a volunteer paramedic and fire fighter when I am home. Guess, I should just ignore the calls then. I am not paid for it.

As far as the drunk driver and the brother in law. Nice when they caught them with the broken windshield and debris from the road and they admitted it.

Sorry, but your personal experience is irrelevant to the discussion. The death of your BOL, while tragic, is irrelevant. The admission of guilt is irrelevant. Your job is irrelevant. All this serves only to muddy the water.

The OP supposedly had a case dismissed. Maybe the cop lied, maybe they had no case, maybe the test was flawed. I and a couple others are talking about a person's right to get their life back...unless they are guilty. It is supposed to be the foundation that people have built this society upon. And then you have politicians making laws to circumvent due process and cops that think they are god.....and people like you that think it's OK.

    It's not OK.

You are entitled to your opinion and I am to mine.
