Wrong as usual. What the other person is and isn't armed with doesn't matter. Also, personal protection rights fall under state and local law. If someone breaks into my home I have the right to use deadly force to protect myself, my family, and my property. I'm not going to wait for you to draw first. once again your nothing more then a ignorant person , I never said anything about breaking into a house , I could see the education system failed you , you should sue the school district , if you on a street or in a restaurant and someone pushes you or punches you , you CAN NOT SHOOT THEM , you could only Shoot Someone if your life is in danger and a fight is not considered a life threatening , so once again what is the purpose of walking around with a gun .....

Yes, I know how to fight. Just because I carry a sidearm doesn't conclude it's my first option.

 

And why do I carry a sidearm in public? Do you remember what happened in Colorado? The same thing happened in San Antonio a few weeks later. Only this time it didn't make the news because a CCW holder killed the gunman before he could claim any victims.

 

The only thing i'm saying is everyone has a right to own a gun , and everyone has a right to carry a gun if you want to , but this is the wrong industry to have one at work.......

 

And why is it the wrong industry? I'm not a argumentative person and can control my temper quite well. Road rage can easily be quarantined if you have the right attitude. It takes two to tangle.

Case in point:

Had a driver run a stop sign and T-bone me once. Was I angry? No, I wasn't. There's no point. In fact, I even invited the other driver to wait in my car as he didn't have working AC due to his front end damage while we waited on police. The other driver was very angry at first, but my attitude made him pull a 180. By the time the police got there we were joking about family matters.
