first off are they a good company to work for? how well do pneumatic haulers do out of ross, nd hourly wise and how exactly do people make 90k on 19/hr. I just don't understand how you put that much OT in with e-logs. can someone clarify thank you in advance.

A lot of your overtime comes from standing by on location. Oil field exemptions allow you to log that time as line 1 off duty. It doesn't go against your 70 hours because you aren't actually working.

- Nigh Shift Incentive: $3.00/hr.
- Time and half over 40 hrs.
