steel transporation (sts) flint Mi...what a joke

drivers stay away unless you like to be underpaid..drive crappy trucks and pull trailers that should be in the scrap yard along with the trucks they own...it all started when i went in for an interview..the said ill get 25% of the load and ill avg 700 to 1000 a week they said....complete lie...the trainers they have are a joke...can drive cant secure a load properly....and the worst at trying to teach you something..but let me get back to this..they pull dry van and flats witch all of there trailers are almost 30 yrs old and the trucks are anywhere to 15-20 yrs old and not kept up to date by no means...a giant rolling d.o.t infraction waiting to happen...but here is my story i started my first two weeks pulling a van...thought things were good till they gave me a 2.5 million mile truck that look like it had been thru hell and back...but after the first week i got my pay check for a whooping 246 bucks..i thought itll get better...the next week came 250 bucks..could t believe it so the the third week i did a flat bed job they said go get a step deck in the yard..i said the only one that is here is put of of service..they said go ahead and use it your not going far...so i did a pre trip the trl should have be scraped a long time ago then i said i dont have the proper securement equ for the load..i was told yes i do... so i go and get the load..all of my strap are too short to go up and over the load..so i call and explain the situation..theyb tell me the mechanic will bring you different straps..he gets there with junk straps..so i call again..i get..well sent him back ill give him different ones...so in the end it took 2.5 hrs to get the right equipment...i delv the load and quit that night but my point is drivers don't wonk for these cheap wages, crap equipment and even crappier employers,.. so STAY AWAY FOR STEEL TRANSPORTATION IN FLINT MI...just trying to warn other drivers in the area
