Trojan horse isn't stealing the PO isn't paying what is Trojan horse suppose to do?? #### money out??

 

If the PO isn't paying there is a reason. Or the company is lying. Our accounts with the PO are settled every month on time and if a trip is missed it is dealt with immediately.

 

Lol well the east coast PO isn't paying for some reason... And it pisses me off that people talk #### about a company that doesn't know the truth.. People think just bc the PO is govt. that they will pay we'll I'm sorry there not.. There not accepting GPS data bc there saying that's not a govt document.. Trust me the post office are the ones doing this to Trojan horse

But I will say I haven't been paid yet but I'm not complaining or going to put the company down bc I know the full truth of what's going on...

 

So you don't mind not getting paid on time?Does'nt trojan give out handbooks during orientation and says in there when you get paid?So what if the post office is doing this to trojan,that's not the drivers problem.Any company that is suppose to be professional needs to pay their drivers what they made for all miles and pay on time every week.

 

I just talked to Brian Hicks. Couple of things:

• 401k release forms. He had directed them to send int he forms. She is working on that right now. Well, this coming week. At least people will be able to get their money.
• the GPS data thing... I had an email on this... I am looking for it. Might be on my phone email. If i can find it, I have permission to post this.
• Jeff, you took most of your money out of your 401k account didn't you? He tells me that he has a deal w/ the DOL to get them paid off. Anyway, as usual, you have rumors and that's about all.

In this case, from everything I have seen, and I am naturally suspicious, it looks like the PO did cause this -- at least in this case. Believe what you want. By all means, file unemployment. The DOL knows about this and he is cooperating. You know, this all happened a couple of days ago -- it isn't going to be fixed overnight. I know, I am a kissa$$ or something, but really, do you think they would have kept going if they thought it would tank. Why? Now, there's gonna be lawsuits -- big ones w/ the PO. Again, believe what you want. I am here trying to help people. I have no agenda. It would have been nice for me to have won the Powerball and really helped, but alas.

Being calm and telling me what I need to get to him will help. Brian says that he is going to pay the checks as soon as he gets paid. That will hopefully be the end of the month. Not a happy thought, but the best hope I can give you. And NO, that is not a promise, it is me trying to give YOU info as best I can. Do not try and kill the messenger.

No, they don't. I wrote one for them (Jeff can tell you that), but the lawyers didn't like it because I wrote it like a truck driver FOR truck drivers and not w/ a bunch of legalese for bean counters. And sadly, in today's world, everything has to go through a lawyer.

Patty, it's all well and good, but until they get the money, he doesn't have it. None of us have Genie powers -- I sure wish I did.

 

Like I said that's not my problem just give me my check.If this company has that many problems then get out of business.Drivers have bills to pay.The collectors don't go on a ill pay you when I get paid.How long is the longest you've had to wait for a pay check?I would hate to drive for a company wondering if im getting paid this week.
