why would prime find it necessary for a perspective employee to own up to something that they already know he did?
either they know he did it and don't have a problem with it, or sorry we cant use you. have a nice day.

I used to own my own company so speaking from experience I need to be able to trust my employees when they say they cannot make a delivery on time or if something happens with the truck...even more so I hold my kids to the same standards if they do something I probably already know about it and if they own up to it the consequences are less and they earn my trust. The company has very little time to get to know prospective candidates and wants us to behave in a responsible manner and act as adults...if you did something in your past own up to it!!! I have nothing to hide and cannot wait to start my Prime experience May 28th!!!

Now that right there is the attitude a guy needs to have. Ok yeah, good luck when you start orientation. Have fun, especially with the simulators

holding your kids to high moral standards is all well and good. but a father son relationship doesn't quite equate the same as employer, perspective employee relationship .
your dispatcher at prime will not spank you when you are late on a load now will they?
about prime wanting you to behave in " a responsible manor" when you get to orientation at prime I am quite sure in your accident packet that you get from safety will come with instructions not to admit fault in any statement whether you feel its is your fault or not. that is not very responsible.

One word: trust. If you're going to lie about taking a whizz behind a dumpster five years ago, can you really be trusted with a million dollars worth of equipment and cargo?

Spent the weekend just taking it easy. I haven't cleared yet; that will be tomorrow when Medical gets the results of Friday's drug test. (Long story there...) Ran into some classmates from my first week here coming back to test out of PSD, so we spent a couple hours doing dinner and talking over at Millennium.

There are two others from last week's class here who HAVE cleared, and are still waiting on an instructor.

yeah I think so . lying about taking a whizz behind a dumpster five years ago doesn't necessarily make you a candidate to steal the cargo or do anything dishonest or illegal in regards to the company.
I see from your posts that you are a student in orientation .
I have never been to primes orientation but I have a feeling they will instruct you, after being involved in a accident to keep your mouth shut and don't admit guilt even if you feel you are guilty. how honest is that?
seems a little duplicitous to me.
