why would prime find it necessary for a perspective employee to own up to something that they already know he did?
either they know he did it and don't have a problem with it, or sorry we cant use you. have a nice day.

I used to own my own company so speaking from experience I need to be able to trust my employees when they say they cannot make a delivery on time or if something happens with the truck...even more so I hold my kids to the same standards if they do something I probably already know about it and if they own up to it the consequences are less and they earn my trust. The company has very little time to get to know prospective candidates and wants us to behave in a responsible manner and act as adults...if you did something in your past own up to it!!! I have nothing to hide and cannot wait to start my Prime experience May 28th!!!

your dispatcher at prime will not spank you when you are late on a load now will they?
about prime wanting you to behave in " a responsible manor" when you get to orientation at prime I am quite sure in your accident packet that you get from safety will come with instructions not to admit fault in any statement whether you feel its is your fault or not. that is not very responsible. -
bwink79, jonny illuminati and californiatruckgirl Thank this.

There are two others from last week's class here who HAVE cleared, and are still waiting on an instructor. -
I see from your posts that you are a student in orientation .
I have never been to primes orientation but I have a feeling they will instruct you, after being involved in a accident to keep your mouth shut and don't admit guilt even if you feel you are guilty. how honest is that?
seems a little duplicitous to me. -
