hi I worked at Trojan until last week like you,i am extremely interested in joining you in a legal suit against Trojan,let me know how to get the legal info if you already have it,if not I have a lawyer specializing in employment matters.not sure if I should give info on here,new to the computer,let me know how this works,or if you know the info on the 401k plan holder also. thanks

 

the 401k that isnt even worth what its supposed to be? what a joke this company has turned out to be. my husband has busted his ### for them and this is how he and many other drivers are repayed. hopefully by some miracle it all works out for everyone involved

You're right. I've had enough people tell me off line that I should stop as it is just getting abusive. Look, I do care. But I am done here. Tink and Mr. White, I will do what I can (not much sadly) and I have forwarded most of the emails on. No, I am not forwarding the abusive ones and I am unsubscribing from this thread after this post. I did my best. I have enough on my plate without having abusive people thinking I am gonna be the target for their frustrations. Call the main office and ask them. Can't tell you more than that.

Last, I was told the 401k's were ordered to be released last Friday. I don't know how long it will take Sheena.

 

This has got to be the worst co out there, and Marshal is a jerk just his ...ah (good buddy) J-Doush, pay checks bounce, the equipment is junk, I heard guys talking on the cb the other day saying they went under! it is such a joy to hear that the junk will be off the road, I feel so bad for the familys that got hurt by this awfull co but you will recover like I did, Any one need a job that pays on time every week and want take home of $700 or more let me know

So after another failed attempt at home office hubby called and got a bigger runaround today than days passed. Think it was amber that answered again and she said sheena was taking care of things and that all future inquiries needed to be sent by email to the company and not by phone call. Lmao seriously???? All the drivers we have spoke to have emailed called faxed everything under the sun and still no answers! Sheena was suppose to have taken care of the 401k release last Friday and has she taken out 2 minutes to
do so???? That's a BIG NEGATIVE! I honestly don't see how that are still even answering phones calling themselves Trojan Horse! We figure Mr. Hicks owes us between

 

Stupis thing cut me off urghhh! Anyways.... between bonuses hours shorted 2 weeks vacation pay and a months wages still not paid and all the money still not paid in the 401k plan owed he owes our family somewhere around 20 grand at this point. That's not including probably all the fees the bank has charged us that we still haven't been compensated for. So any suggestions people??? Us as well as a lot of other drivers are on the verge of losing everything we have worked so hard to get. Release what money is in our 401k so atleast we can survive til the next paycheck comes in. If not for a little savings my 3 kids and us would have nothing right now. But that's going fast and not going to cover all bills coming up on the 1st! Even if he was to go back to work today it would still be 2 to 4 weeks before he would see a paycheck! How are we suppuse
