You might have a leak somewhere. Was it cold at first when you put freon in it?
Also check if your coolant valve is open, some people close it through winter...

Check the heAt control valve it's possible it stuck partially open the other possibility is its not fully charged in a 780 we usually put 3 lbs 12 oz inside to get it just right

How much oil did you put in? Too much will hamper the freon........

Throw me your pressures along with the ambient at time taken and I'll give it a shot........

The new compressor would have come with oil in it already, you said both expansion valves replaced wouldn't think there would be a orfice tube. Heat coming from somewhere (pressures as Chalupa mentioned),fan not coming on, the list is long.

Beg to differ tw....... new comp can't come with oil loaded as every system ( application ) is different. Oil in not only for comp, it's for the entire system lubrication hence the difference in amt needed. ( day cab vs sleeper )

If you bought a comp with oil in it, it's been installed or filled with intention to install by end user. New are shipped with a squirt for moisture control but that's it......

Every compressor I have ever installed has oil in it. The last one I installed (Sanden) from Peterbilt said in the box "compressor is prefilled add 1 oz of oil to accumulator at install".

The compressor should tell you how much oil is in it and your A/C book should tell you total system amount.

    chalupa Thanks this.

Did you have compressor failure? Did you flush lines and is the condenser clogged? Is the evaporator clogged with dirt? Just a few things. Make sure your Compressor Clutch is engaged also.
