Well people did try to warn you about the fool's gold rush. You act like their was some kind of massive cooperative conspiracy to set you up to have all these backing accidents.:smt043

If you liked the job apply at Swift,Werner or any other mega grinder one of them is bound to take you.

"It was the safety office who terminated me for the parking lot accidents. And the parking lot accidents where the real rot of the whole mess really shows up. My first accident was the direct consequence of being bullied by somebody in a drop yard who would not let me park the truck myself. He and the drop lot manager would not leave me alone. Every time I tried to park in their lots they would be yelling and screaming at me to do this or do that, I had never seen anything like it anywhere. Finally I just surrendered to what the guy was saying only to find that he had deliberately guided me into colliding with a trailer on my blind side, leaving a huge dent in the sleeper cab."

Ultimately, you the driver are 100% responsible when your the one controlling a truck when backing up. Did you G O A L ?

Why would it be deliberate?? What would he have to gain from doing it deliberately ?? It's not like they get paid to get people fired. Or purposely cause some one to do damage.

Folks, yes, I was warned about joining CRST. I freely admit that I assumed responsibility for going ahead and hiring on. I post my own experience as a warning to anyone else.

I've only had a taste of the trucking industry, but anyone who has worked for even the small amount of time that I have and will not report what kind of treachery is out there in the industry is either in on it or too dumb to survive for long. If the slimy corporate crooks don't get you, there are other truckers who will. Believe it. Trust no one.

Having trouble comprehending this.....YOU were at the controls, YOU hit the other objects....yet YOU have decided it was somebody else that was at fault.

OH YEAH...I forgot....personal responsibility went out the door back in 1999!

SUE THEM! Then the judge can decree.....YOU WERE AT FAULT!

The best analogy I can think of is that if my first relationship with a woman was a disaster, would I consign myself to life of solitude and celibacy forever after? I hope I would try to take some lessons from it and move on to the next opportunity. I've worked for and with some really great people, both as a driver and an owner-operrator. The company I am leased to now gives me no cause for complaint. I do believe there are good situations out there if one is willing to work hard enough to get themselves into them.

4bear...... not being mean.... Here is the facts. If you drive the truck never listen to a co pilot. YOU are liable for any accidents or damages. No way you can even remotely blame anyone. I hope things get better for you!
